Agreement to Terms

5. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits originating from accounts not matching your verified identity will be rejected and returned (minus applicable processing fees). You acknowledge that deposited funds are intended solely for wagering purposes on pub189 and not for money transfer, currency exchange, or any non-gaming purpose.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Processing times vary by VIP tier: standard members (24 hours), Silver (12 hours), Gold (4 hours), Platinum and above (1 hour). pub189 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, we reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• Your Account has not completed KYC verification.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of Terms is detected or suspected.
• Outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or investigations are pending.
• Withdrawal amount exceeds daily or monthly limits applicable to your Account tier.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Alternative withdrawal methods require additional verification. Winnings from bonus funds are subject to specific withdrawal restrictions outlined in Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pub189 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically 15x to 50x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. pub189 is not liable for errors in bet placement made by you. However, in cases where obvious technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect odds display occurs, pub189 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

10. Termination and Account Closure

pub189 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Multiple Account creation or bonus abuse
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. If your Account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. If your Account is closed in good standing at your request or at our discretion without cause, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pub189 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
